In January–October 2020, Croatia imported 1.9 million tonnes of crude oil, most from Azerbaijan (86%), the United States (5%) and Tunisia (4%). Its refined-product imports were 1.7 million tonnes, most from Italy (32%), Slovenia (29%) and Greece (13%).
