"EU imports" is the sum of what the member states reported importing from everywhere, including from each other and the part they did not attribute to any country.
July 2026 is not used yet: only 7 of 27 member states have reported their crude oil imports for it.

Crude and products: All cited export points lie outside the Persian Gulf: LUKOIL Neftohim Burgas, 'located in South-Eastern Europe on the Balkan peninsula (15 km from Burgas)', and its Rosenets port terminal on the Black Sea, to which crudes are 'delivered by tankers' and from which 'The oil is transferred by pipeline to the LUKOIL Neftohim Burgas main production site'. The Strait of Hormuz is the sole outlet of the Persian Gulf, so the Hormuz-requiring share is 0 by geographic construction, not by estimate. The operator page is on neftochim.lukoil.com; neftochim.bg, lukoil.bg and burgasport.bg all failed, which is why Bulgaria previously carried NO CITABLE EXPORT POINT.
