The ExxonMobil Belgium operations page (opened 2026-09-22) says the Antwerp refinery 'processes different grades of crude oil varying from light low-sulphur to heavy high-sulphur oil' and produces 'LPG, petrol, naphtha, kerosene, diesel, gas oil, fuel oil and raw materials for the chemical industry'; the address given is 'Polderdijkweg, 2030 Antwerp, Haven 447, Belgium'; the site is 'situated in the port area' and receives crude via 'the Rotterdam-Antwerp Pipeline, which is co-owned by ExxonMobil'. The EEA IED register lists 'ExxonMobil Petroleum & Chemical_raffinaderij' under activity 1.2 as functional for 2024. The operator page publishes NO refining capacity, so the capacity fields come from the IEA Belgium 2022 Energy Policy Review (Tier 1, as of 2022): 'the refinery owned by ExxonMobil (with a capacity of 326 kb/d)'. ExxonMobil also runs separate Antwerp-area chemical and polyethylene plants (Performance Intermediates, Zwijndrecht, Meerhout) which are not refineries and are not included here.
