CAPACITY DELIBERATELY EMPTY. ExxonMobil publishes no capacity figure on its own pages, and the third-party figures encountered (190,000 / 191,000 / 182,000 / 195,000 bpd) were on pages that returned HTTP 403 and were never opened, so none may be ingested. This is a real gap, not a zero. Flexicoker - no heavy fuel oil produced since the 1980s; a >$1bn hydrocracker producing Group II base oils was commissioned in 2019; integrated with the adjacent Rotterdam Aromatics Plant (1963). Coordinates are OpenStreetMap-derived (Nominatim/Overpass, queried 2026-09-21), not operator-published.
