ERG press release of 2012-05-17: 'The Board of Directors of investee company TotalErg (51% ERG - 49% Total), which met today, has approved the project for the transformation of the industrial site of its wholly-owned subsidiary Raffineria di Roma into a major logistics hub for the storage and handling of petroleum products' and 'The project will be developed starting from the definitive shutdown of the refining plants scheduled to take place by the end of the third quarter 2012' (https://www.erg.eu/en/-/comunicato-totalerg-approvato-progetto-di-trasformazione-della-raffineria-di-roma). All capacity fields are EMPTY. owner is EMPTY because the 2012 press release describes the then-owner TotalErg (51% ERG / 49% Total), a joint venture that has since been unwound, and no page opened in this session states who owns the site today; a stale owner was not written.
