"EU imports" is the sum of what the member states reported importing from everywhere, including from each other and the part they did not attribute to any country.
July 2026 is not used yet: only 7 of 27 member states have reported their crude oil imports for it.

Crude and products: All cited export points lie outside the Persian Gulf: Malongo in Cabinda, Palanca in Block 2, and tanker offtake from the Girassol, Dalia, Kizomba A, Greater Plutonio and Kuito FPSOs, all on Angola's Atlantic coast. The Strait of Hormuz is the sole outlet of the Persian Gulf, so the Hormuz-requiring share is 0 by geographic construction, not by estimate. EIA says so directly: Angola's position as a major oil exporter is 'free from the geopolitical risks of the Strait of Hormuz'. EIA also states Angola has no crude export pipelines.
