"EU imports" is the sum of what the member states reported importing from everywhere, including from each other and the part they did not attribute to any country.
July 2026 is not used yet: only 7 of 27 member states have reported their crude oil imports for it.

- High. Where a country loads on both sides of the Strait, the split is not published, so only a range is given.
Crude and products: NO CITABLE EXPORT POINT, and the class rests on country geography instead. The French ministry's statistical service (SDES) puts French crude extraction at 0.6 Mtep in 2024, about 1% of national oil consumption. No opened page names a French crude export terminal: the SDES petroleum chapter covers imports and refined-product exports only, and Vermilion's own page names no terminal and no body of water. A frequently repeated Ambes-to-Le Havre coastal route appears only in journalism outside the source hierarchy and was not opened or recorded; it would in any case be a domestic movement, not an export. France has no Persian Gulf coastline, so the share is 0 by geographic construction. CONSIGNMENT-basis caveat: on a customs (consignment) basis this partner may carry crude of other physical origin. It is still recorded as 0 because the ORIGIN-basis series (Eurostat nrg_ti_oilm) attributes such re-exports to the producing country, and on that basis this partner appears only as a producer.
