In 2020, Austria imported 7.5 million tonnes of crude oil, most from Kazakhstan (37%), Iraq (15%) and Russia (10%). Its refined-product imports were 5.8 million tonnes, most from Germany (53%), Italy (20%) and Slovakia (13%).
