In 2017, Belgium imported 38.4 million tonnes of crude oil, most from the Netherlands (82%), Russia (11%) and Algeria (4%). Its refined-product imports were 35.6 million tonnes, most from the Netherlands (34%), Russia (16%) and the United Kingdom (11%).
