Denmark: crude oil and fuel imports since 2015
Counted as the country reports it in its energy statistics: crude oil by the country where it was produced, refined products by the country they were last shipped from, which may be a trading hub rather than where they were refined.
In 2020, Denmark imported 4.7 million tonnes of crude oil, most from the United States (34%), Norway (29%) and Nigeria (14%). Its refined-product imports were 6.6 million tonnes, most from Norway (22%), Russia (18%) and Sweden (18%).

Yearly figures are the sum of the published monthly tonnes over the months with a published figure; shares are each origin’s tonnes over that sum. Refined products are seven product families (road diesel, petrol, jet fuel, heating and other gasoil, fuel oil, naphtha, LPG); other products such as bitumen and lubricants are not included.
