In 2021, Portugal imported 9.5 million tonnes of crude oil, most from Brazil (39%), Nigeria (23%) and Azerbaijan (12%). Its refined-product imports were 4.4 million tonnes, most from Spain (36%), Russia (18%) and the United States (12%).
