Netherlands: crude oil and fuel imports since 2015
Counted as the country reports it in its energy statistics: crude oil by the country where it was produced, refined products by the country they were last shipped from, which may be a trading hub rather than where they were refined.
In January–June 2026, the Netherlands imported 27.0 million tonnes of crude oil, most from the United States (25%), Norway (20%) and the United Kingdom (8%). Its refined-product imports were 33.5 million tonnes, most from Belgium (27%), Germany (12%) and the United Kingdom (11%).

Counted as the country reports it in its energy statistics: crude oil by the country where it was produced, refined products by the country they were last shipped from, which may be a trading hub rather than where they were refined.
Yearly figures are the sum of the published monthly tonnes over the months with a published figure; shares are each origin’s tonnes over that sum. A month that is not published is left out and listed, never counted as zero, and a month counts as “reported none” only where the zero is confirmed.
