In 2024, France imported 47.0 million tonnes of crude oil, most from the United States (24%), Nigeria (14%) and Kazakhstan (11%). Its refined-product imports were 33.8 million tonnes, most from the United States (12%), Saudi Arabia (12%) and the Netherlands (12%).
