In 2018, the Netherlands imported 93.3 million tonnes of crude oil, most from Russia (32%), the United Kingdom (17%) and Norway (12%). Its refined-product imports were 52.4 million tonnes, most from Belgium (15%), the United Kingdom (13%) and Russia (12%).
