In 2025, the Netherlands imported 88.6 million tonnes of crude oil, most from the United States (22%), Norway (18%) and Kazakhstan (14%). Its refined-product imports were 40.9 million tonnes, most from Belgium (19%), Germany (9%) and the United Kingdom (9%).
