In 2019, the Netherlands imported 96.3 million tonnes of crude oil, most from Russia (28%), the United Kingdom (14%) and the United States (10%). Its refined-product imports were 53.0 million tonnes, most from Belgium (15%), Russia (12%) and the United Kingdom (12%).
