Each row repeats its supplier page’s figures for the same month: the latest month in which all 27 member states have reported. Crude to the EU is the crude oil member states reported importing from the country on the energy basis (the country where the oil was produced), from Eurostat energy statistics, and its share of all crude imports the 27 reported. Largest EU importers are the member states that reported the most from it that month (refined products when no crude was reported). Hormuz route is where the country loads its oil, from cited export-route reference data.
“None reported” means no member state reported an import from the country that month; it is not a confirmed zero. The list is read from the data, not kept by hand.
